Skid Row | House of Blues | Orlando , FL | August 5,2003 |
(W/Poison and Vince Neil)
I was looking forward to this show more then the rest of the bands on the bill..
only because I had seen Vince solo, and I have see Poison a ton of times.. but this would be the first time I have seen Skid Row with the new (for the last few years) singer, Johnny Solinger, so I had some expectations.. and I knew he had big shoes to fill.. but when they hit the stage with "Slave to the Grind" It made me think Sebastian who? Johnny came out in full force.. he knows how to work the crowd, and delivers a great show! Scotti on the guitar is just out of control, Rachel gets better every year I see him.. and sounds great singing "Psycho Therapy" .. Phil is so solid on the drums.. and Snake is just the shit!
They only get about a 40 min. set, but mixed it with old songs, along with a few new ones..
all rockin from beginning to end...
I can not say enough about this show..
and can not wait till I can catch a headlining tour after the Poison tour..
Go check out this tour.. you will not be disappointed!
